Being in your body isn’t always a natural or safe feeling. Sometimes you just get immersed in life and forget that you have a body until you are hungry or tired.

This experiential workshop teaches ways to safely embody this container for your spirit. Through gentle, guided movement and awareness exercises, you will discover ways to be more present in and listen to your body.
