Learn how to use photography to help you and your clients explore the relationship to Self and the world around you. Therapeutic photography can reduce the impacts of ADHD, depression, anxiety, clarify and strengthen identity, and address so much more through bringing our unconscious thoughts and feelings to our awareness.
Learn how therapeutic photography:
aids memory,
improves communication,
promotes self-esteem,
supports the process of change,
encourages reflection and personal development,
helps individuals experience interconnection
Using self-portraiture, image projection, family albums, writing, storytelling, and time in nature individually or in combination, we can experience:
self-expression,
reflection,
perspective shifts,
pattern recognition
beauty everywhere - light in the dark,
non-verbal communication,
mindfulness, flow, and focus,
control and feedback,
social bonds,
and connection to our unconscious.
I look forward to sharing the impactfulness of therapeutic photography with you at this workshop. Register through EventBrite.
